Hybrid IT service provider CANCOM has become the first IT service provider in Europe to achieve the “Zoom Phone Certified Integrator” Certification. Partner Zoom presented CANCOM with the award during the CANCOM UCC Days held at its headquarters in Munich at the end of June.
“We are very pleased to receive this certification as it demonstrates comprehensive and exclusive expertise of CANCOM as an integration partner. Based on the requirements and wishes of our customers, we are thus creating a sustainable platform for a hybrid meeting culture,” says Erik Thiele, Director UCC at CANCOM.
In addition to the award ceremony and technical presentations, the CANCOM UCC Days focused on an exhibition where CANCOM partners Jabra, Poly and DTEN presented their latest UCC products that are particularly suitable for use in combination with Zoom.
The Zoom platform offers video conferencing, meetings, webinars, chats and a complete cloud-based telephony infrastructure. Together with its strategic partner Zoom, CANCOM supports its customers in the design, implementation and management of a unified Zoom environment.
