As part of Trend Micro’s Channel Kick-Off 2021, CANCOM was honored as “Best Partner 2020” on March 2, 2020. This award is based on the excellent cooperation in the area of IT security, especially in the development of managed services, as well as on last year’s successes in the area of public services.
For the third time in four years, CANCOM has received the “Best Partner” award from Trend Micro. “This series is a sign of extraordinary commitment and a great development in the cyber security environment, starting with endpoint and e-mail security and ending with joint solutions such as Detection Response,” says Stefan von der Marwitz, Strategic Partner Business Manager at Trend Micro.
The long-standing partnership between CANCOM and Trend Micro is characterized by close cooperation in various areas of IT security. The joint strategic focus on offering customers reliable protection even in times of flexible working models and an increased global threat situation has led to the development of joint innovative cyber security products and services.
“Together, we look back on a very successful year, not least due to the establishment and expansion of managed services in the IT security sector based on Trend Micro solutions. In addition, the great development in the area of Public Services has contributed significantly to this success,” says Christina Decker, Head of Channel and Alliances Germany, Trend Micro.
This year, customers can look forward to new solutions, products and services from CANCOM and Trend Micro that will make corporate IT even more secure. “Together, we are generating innovative services that also give us a very positive outlook for 2021. This includes the topic area of cloud security or joint XDR projects. With the additional integration into the CANCOM SOC, we can protect our customers even more holistically against cyber-attacks,” says Daniel Graßer, Director Competence Center Security, CANCOM.
